Every awakening is overpowered and they all have their own advantage. Keep in mind that tier list is based on that your opponent doesn't abuses jutsu (limited to 3 or 4 for some characters) This may not be accurate or list everyone can agree with but suggestions are welcomed and please support it with reasoning.
